Every Talisman Tie piece is crafted to order, just for you. We stand fully behind the quality of our work — and this policy explains exactly what is covered.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — fully covered

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at talismantie1825@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement at no cost — you do not need to ship anything back. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund instead. This coverage applies to every order, worldwide.

Change-of-mind returns

Because each piece is made to order, we accept change-of-mind returns only under the following conditions:

• Request authorization within 30 days of delivery. Email talismantie1825@gmail.com with your order number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed or refunded.
• Original condition. The item must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original Talisman Tie packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, using a tracked service, to the return facility we assign when approving your request.
• Resolution. Once the return is received and inspected, you may choose an exchange for another design, store credit for the product price, or a refund of the product price to your original payment method. Any original shipping charges are not refunded.

Approved refunds are issued within 48 hours of inspection and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Not eligible for return

• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Returns shipped without prior authorization

For customers in the EU and UK

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will confirm receipt and provide the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, items must be returned unused and in their original condition, and your refund will be issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods. Your legal guarantee of conformity for faulty or misdescribed products is unaffected and is handled under the damaged/defective section above, at our cost.

Fair use

This policy exists so you can buy with confidence. We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future service in cases of clear abuse.
