Eligibility: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Since each item is individually made for you, dimensions may vary up to 0.5 cm (0.19 in) due to the hand-finishing process. -
Inspection Requirement: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
