We want you to put on your Talisman tie and feel great about it. If you don't — for any reason — we'll make it right. No fine print, no restocking fees, no hoops.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong

Email us at talismantie1825@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a free replacement right away — you don't need to ship anything back. If you'd rather have a refund, we'll do that instead.

If you simply don't love it

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us. You can choose:

• A free exchange — pick any other design of the same type and we'll ship it at no cost.
• Store credit — we'll add 100% of what you paid to your account, instantly.
• A refund — back to your original payment method.

In most cases you won't need to return the item — keep it as a spare, gift it, or donate it. If a return is needed, we'll tell you exactly where to send it when we approve your request (we have return facilities in the United States and Europe, so you'll always ship to the closer one). Returned items should be unworn and in their original condition. For preference-based returns, return shipping is paid by the customer; for our mistakes (damage, defect, wrong item), everything is on us.

How to start a return, exchange, or claim

Email talismantie1825@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong (photos help for damage claims). We respond within 1 business day, and once a refund is approved it's issued within 48 hours. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

For customers in the EU and UK

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, and a legal guarantee of conformity for products that arrive faulty or not as described. To exercise the right of withdrawal, email us within 14 days of delivery; we'll confirm receipt and provide the return address. In practice, our 30-Day Love-It Guarantee above is more generous — most EU/UK customers simply use it.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence, not so anyone can build a free tie collection. We honour one keep-it refund per customer; repeated claims may require the item to be returned before a refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of clear abuse.
